Reasonable Delivery Days
We promise to give the delivery days according production situation and your requests. In any case, we will make sure the quality and push the delivery for you. Generally, if it is our existed mould (we have had mould in our collection), sample lead time will be only 7-15 days. If it is new mould (we need to make new mould), it will be 14-22 days. Bulk time is 15-35 days after sample confirmation and 30% deposit. But, if we meet peak season (busy season), sample lead time and bulk time maybe a little longer than normal, pls kindly understand. Whatever situation, we will keep you updated of the delivery to avoid serious delaying and loss.

(1)Shipments for Not heavy are via DHL,TNT,UPS, or Fedex etc ,heavy weight and large size is Via Sea, OR according your requirements.

buying in bulk, We offer you wholesale price.

A3: Yes. Samples less than 5pcs and we have stock, we can offer free. If you require more, or we have
to make new samples, we will charge sample fee.

Q5: I am a designer. Can you help me to produce the sample which has been designed?
A5: Sure we can. But we should charge mold cost and sample fee.
Q6: Can you make OEM or ODM service?
