Q1: To make our logo on the products do we need to open mold ?
A1: Yes, if you want to make your own logo on it, please send us your design and detailed information.
Q2: How many days to open mold? And the cost?
A2: It will take about 7-10 days, the cost need according your design.
Q3: What information shall we provide before open mold?
A3: Please confirmed the your draft the size and logo pattern.
Q4: How is your quality control system?
A4: ISO 9001:2008, all our products are 100% inspection from producing till deliver.
Packaging / Shipment
Customer: Package could do as my requirment ?
Juhong Sales: Yes, of course. We will use small OPP bag outside the metal, outside will apply a paper box to package it. We could also do the package as customers' specific requirement, for example, print customers' logo or makrs on box surface.
Customer: what is the delivery time ?
Juhong Sales: After customers pay the deposit , we will finish all production in 7- 15 days and then ship it.
