Q1: Can I get any discount?
A1: The price is negotiable, we can offer you discount according to your order quantity. If you are
buying in bulk, We offer you wholesale price.
Q2: How much are the shipping cost?
A2: Shipping cost depends on your total package weight. It is related to shipping method you choose
and your destination.
Q3: Do you offer samples?
A3: Yes. Samples less than 5pcs and we have stock, we can offer free. If you require more, or we have
to make new samples, we will charge sample fee.
Q4: How many styles for my select?
A4: Many types for you or as per customized.
Q5: I am a designer. Can you help me to produce the sample which has been designed?
A5: Sure we can. But we should charge mold cost and sample fee.
Q6: Can you make OEM or ODM service?
A6: Yes. We can accept OEM service. Also we have our own designer team, you can
choose our ODM products.
Q7: Do you have some special policies for Brand company?
A7: Yes, we give much support to those company who has their own brands and they will be listed as our VIP customers. Please send us your selling data of last year, so that we could support you in your market.

Reasonable Delivery Days
We promise to give the delivery days according production situation and your requests. In any case, we will make sure the quality and push the delivery for you. Generally, if it is our existed mould (we have had mould in our collection), sample lead time will be only 7-15 days. If it is new mould (we need to make new mould), it will be 14-22 days. Bulk time is 15-35 days after sample confirmation and 30% deposit. But, if we meet peak season (busy season), sample lead time and bulk time maybe a little longer than normal, pls kindly understand. Whatever situation, we will keep you updated of the delivery to avoid serious delaying and loss.
