At Wanzai Juhong Packaging, we don’t just manufacture perfume caps—we build them from the ground up. Every step of the process takes place inside our own factory, giving us complete control over quality, timing, and customization. Here’s how we bring your ideas to life:


Stage 1: Concept & Development

A successful product starts with a clear vision.

  • 3D Design – Our design team translates concepts into precise 3D models, ensuring every detail is captured.
  • 3D Printing Samples – Before investing in moulds, we provide tangible prototypes to test shape, proportion, and fit.
  • Sample Confirmation – We work closely with clients, adjusting designs until the sample fully meets expectations.
  • Mould Making – High-precision moulds are developed in-house to guarantee accuracy and long-term stability for mass production.

 


Stage 2: Casting & Preparation

With designs finalized, production begins.

  • Die Casting – Using zinc alloy, we produce durable and consistent cap bodies.
  • Sorting – Every piece is inspected to remove defects early in the process.
  • Flashing Removal – Edges and imperfections are carefully trimmed for a clean base.
  • Pre-Polishing – Surfaces are prepared to ensure flawless finishing in the next stage.

 


Stage 3: Finishing & Quality Control

The finishing stage gives each cap its unique character.

  • Polishing – Skilled workers polish by hand and machine for smoothness and shine.
  • Electroplating / Coloring – A variety of finishes are available, from gold and silver plating to painted colors.
  • QC After Plating – Each piece undergoes strict quality checks to ensure uniform coating and durability.
  • Final Touches – Optional processes such as oil dripping, magnetic function, or logo detailing are applied as requested.

 


Stage 4: Assembly & Delivery

Bringing everything together and delivering results.

  • Assembly – Components such as metal, plastic, or magnetic inserts are combined into the final cap.
  • Pre-Mass Production Validation – We conduct another round of testing to ensure mass production will meet client standards.
  • Packing – Custom packaging solutions such as blister trays and carton boxes are designed for safe delivery.
  • Finished Product – The completed caps are ready to ship worldwide, carrying your brand’s unique identity.
