Processing

 

1. Mold polishing
In the process of engraving the mold, there will be some traces of the carving knife leaving on the surface of the mold and needless sandblasted as well. We will use 220# oilstone, 350# oilstone, 450# oilsone and 600# oilstone to polish the mold step by step first, and then polish the smaller corners and letters with fiber. The edge will be polished as well.
2. Mold heat treatment
High temperature treatment of the mold in order to improve the hardness of the mold, go through 900 degrees of heat for 2 hours and then turn back again with 300 degrees for 5 hours. In this way we can avoid mold deformation or collapse caused by the not enough hardness of the mold.
3. Mold polishing again
There will be oxide layer caused by heat treatment for the mold, so polish the mold again.
4. Die cast
The die machine should be suitable to the products. Too large products with small machines will lead to the product line and pattern not full enougn. Put the mold on the machine and adjust the position of the front mold and the back mold to reach the consistency. Adjust the pressure of the machine as well in order to make full products. We will check samples first before mass production. If all is ok, we will let the machine work automatically in high efficiency.
