• A2:Due to plating limitations, each cap can only be plated in one color. We can only disassemble the cap into
  multiple parts and then reassemble it.

• A3:Yes, we do not charge for your samples within the 5 samples, but you need to pay a shipping fee of 30

  experience. All polishing, electroplating, and assembly are completed in-house to ensure high quality and

• A5:Yes, we can make custom molds based on your drawing, 3D file, or sample. Our design team can also assist
  with concept development.
• Q6:What is the mold fee?
• A6:For zinc alloy caps (Not including plastic inner plug mold):
  Free mold for orders over 10,000 pcs.
  Otherwise, the mold fee is starting from USD 300.

• A7:We offer engraving, embossing, and laser etching. Raised logos require additional polishing but give a
  more luxurious look.
• Q8:What is the lead time for mass production?
• A8:Normally 30 to 35 days after sample approval.
