• A1:Yes. You can add your logo for USD 100, and the minimum order is 1,000 pcs. This is an economical way to
  start building your brand.
• Q2:Can one cap have two colors?
• A2:Due to plating limitations, each cap can only be plated in one color. We can only disassemble the cap into
  multiple parts and then reassemble it.
• Q3:Can you send me your samples?
• A3:Yes, we do not charge for your samples within the 5 samples, but you need to pay a shipping fee of 30
  USD..
• Q4:What does Juhong Packaging specialize in?
• A4:We are a professional manufacturer of zinc alloy (Zamak) perfume caps with over 20 years of hardware
  experience. All polishing, electroplating, and assembly are completed in-house to ensure high quality and
  consistent delivery.
• Q5:Can I customize my own cap design?
• A5:Yes, we can make custom molds based on your drawing, 3D file, or sample. Our design team can also assist
  with concept development.
• Q6:What is the mold fee?
• A6:For zinc alloy caps (Not including plastic inner plug mold):
  Free mold for orders over 10,000 pcs.
  Otherwise, the mold fee is starting from USD 300.
• Q7:What logo effects are available?
• A7:We offer engraving, embossing, and laser etching. Raised logos require additional polishing but give a
  more luxurious look.
• Q8:What is the lead time for mass production?
• A8:Normally 30 to 35 days after sample approval.
  For urgent orders, we can shorten it to 20 to 25 days depending on capacity.
